Staff Matters and MindMatters

Undertaking Staff Matters professional development along with MindMatters contibutes to the idea of a whole school approach - that is, coordinating the full range of school capacities to sustain positive mental health and development. The website provides cross-references for many of the activities and pieces of information in MindMatters that are also useful for staff seeking to develop their own mental health and wellbeing strategies.

The Community Matters booklet is a valuable resource for the School in the Community domain.

You will also find that mental health-related initiatives like Response Ability - a resource for education students on health and wellbeing by the Hunter Institute of Mental Health, Mental Health at Work, and Principals Australia's Learn, Lead, Succeed will assist in implementing Staff Matters.
