Assertiveness

Visit or review some of the material on assertiveness. What things are annoying and frustrating you at the moment? Is there an issue that you have not taken up with the person/s responsible/in charge?

Practise talking to that person/s in a way that avoids confronting them or blaming them. Express your thoughts and feelings, and simply ask for what you want to happen.
