Problem Solving on an Envelope

This week have 'a nice, real, serious and fun conversation' with your work group.

Have a discussion about pressing problems for group members. Choose one problem that is really bothering someone. In five minutes, pass an old envelope around so that each member of the group can write down a solution to the problem. Make your solution short, positive, constructive and useful. Take care with people's feelings.
