Worst-case Scenario
Either as a group or as an individual, think about a change in your school/work situation. Write down the worst-case scenario. Then write down what you can do to prepare and deal with it.
Do the same with the best-case scenario. This switches our ideas to the more positive and helps us focus on success.

- What sort of acknowledgment?
- How do you learn from colleagues?
