The Organisational domain is one of the three critical interchanges or relationships in the Staff Matters Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work model.
The Organisational domain contains materials for the more formal school processes of training and development, induction, performance management and renewal.
Many of these processes, when performed in a proactive, collaborative and positive manner, build mental health and wellbeing. Specific development opportunities on emotional intelligence, resilience, help-seeking and communication increases this effect.
