Keeping a journal is a useful way to review your daily work, record ideas and consider possibilities to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes in an educational workplace.
Your choice of journal format will depend on your time and energy, what sort of writing helps you reflect on mental health and wellbeing, and the relevant Staff Matters domain.
