Activity - Assertiveness
Visit or revise some of the material on assertiveness. What things are annoying and frustrating you at the moment? Is there one that you have not taken up with the person/s responsible?
Practise steps in talking to that person/s in a way that avoids confronting them or blaming them and simply ask for what you want to happen.
