Activity - Health Sketches

Draw a sketch of yourself as the healthy and happy individual you wish to be - write down the characteristics next to your sketch if it needs a little explanation. What do you notice about your vision? Is mental health represented? What time and resources have you to achieve happiness and health? What can you work on - starting tomorrow? What do you need to do to achieve your vision? How will you know that you are there? Tuck this into your diary.

Developing a concept of what we want for our health is a step many people do not take. Health can't be taken for granted. Often the physical aspects are well represented and the health and wellbeing or mind-body connection less so. If you have happiness represented then think about how you support this in your daily and weekly life habits. How long do you sleep? How hydrated are you? How is your blood sugar level?
