Activity - My Work and Life Balance

Aim
To look at where time is actually spent rather than where we think it is spent

Materials
Use a cheap diary or print off a diary format from a computer or use your current diary

Process
Record in your diary how you have spent your time over one fortnight in line with your goals.
Try to undertake at least one action to spend your time better in each.
Review at the end of the fortnight - consider what is happening to your time.
Review your goals if necessary. Work through them for the next fortnight and repeat the process.
