SI 5 – Science as Inquiry- Learners consider relevant scientific understandings and processes when making informed, responsible and ethical decisions about real-world situations. They interpret a situation to formulate a plausible relationship to investigate using experimental techniques, including the control of relevant variables and the use of preliminary trials or various information sources; develop interpretations that are consistent with the data; and make specific suggestions for improving the investigation.
